INSTRUMENT: a tool used for measuring the quantity of care that a patient requires
instrument. Each instrument contains a specific set of interventions designed to reflect the care that is provided to patients on a particular unit. We know that every hospital is different, and each of our instruments are individually tailored to meet the needs of each client.
