Q. Will GRASP MIStroWorks run on Windows 2003 Server?
A. Yes.

Q. Will GRASP MIStroWorks run over Terminal Services or Citrix?
A. Yes.

Q. What are the *.sav files used for?
A. The software uses the sav files to know who is in the system. They are created when a user signs in and then deleted when the user signs out of GRASP MIStroWorks.

Q. What are the *.ldb files used for?
A. Access creates these files and they control access to the database records.

Q. How long should we keep the ADT interface audit logs?
A. GRASP recommends keeping a month of files on line.

Q. How do I clear the users currently logged on.
A. Delete the nspw(set net number of PC).sav file.

Q. What is the PcAymm.mdb file and when do I run it.
A. The PcAymm.mdb file is used by the ADT Interfaces to locate admission, discharge, and transfer information for all units/departments in the organization. This file will need to be created when beginning a new ADT interface. It will also need to be recreated whenever manual admissions, discharges, and/or transfers are entered while using an ADT interface.

Q. I just created a new unit and cannot access it in DataWorks.
A. Once the unit is created in the main menu and all the unit tables completed, you must also create the unit in DataWorks.

Q. Where can I find updates for MIStroWorks?
A. Support for MIStroWorks will be discontinued as of January 1, 2008 therefore, GRASP Systems will not release any more major or minor releases of MIStroWorks. Program fixes can be found on the following ftp site: ftp.graspinc.com . Please check with Technical Support for a username and password.
